Fujifilm FinePix S2000HD had been introduced way back in August 2008 and this had given still life and macro photography a new definition in terms of it's depth of fields combined with the ability to shoot real close to your subject even at poor light conditions.

The FinePix S2000HD is the first Fujifilm model to offer full compatibility with high definition television (HDTV) systems for both stills and movies.   As well as capturing true HD movies (at 1280 x 720 pixels) and wide screen stills (at 1920 x 1080 pixels).

Images presented had not been edited except resized to a much smaller scale just to fit the columns of this page and also to improve page loading time, on slower machine it would take 3 minutes to load or more if the original images where used.

The Fujifilm FinePix S2000HD retails more or less around $ 239.95 USD to $ 284.95 USD and You might be able to find New units at a much lower price during holidays or off season.

This image above(right hand side) was taken using a Canon 1000D EOS Rebel dSLR camera and as you can see the FinePix S2000HD can provide a much, much closer perspective of the very same subject.

It is impressive to be able to take shot's real close to your subject as if the camera was pointed to it's nose.

I do strongly recommend this camera to those who need the power of magnification and quality of image as well.

The Super Macro is something not common these days and for those Who Loves to play around with Macro but don't want to spend much on large dSLR lenses and related expensive gear; then this is for You.
